Return Policy
Effective January 1, 2016
Custom made cords and equipment are not eligible for returns of any kind. We will accept unopened, unused, standard product, back within 30 days of purchase date. There will be a full refund if paid by credit card. If payment was made by check, there will be an account credit issued to be used at a later date. We will not accept any used or opened products unless they are found to have a manufacturers defect. After 30 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges. Please send the item(s) back to us, marked for return, with a copy of your purchase receipt. Any items that do not qualify for return will be returned to sender.
